HOW TO BOOK
Please check the dates to see if they are available from pulling down the check in and check out tabs.  Scroll over the house picture and select more info.  (This will allow you to see final payment and change dates if needed on a desktop). (On a phone you will need to hit book now to see total but can go back and change dates) You can then book your nights directly from the site or can message me directly for pricing. If you go back and try to select the same dates it will say not available. Please message me. There is a $175 cleaning fee that is added.  By booking direct you bypass all the fees that the other sites make you pay.  Also, a valid Driver License and rental agreement will need to be signed and sent. The invoice can be paid either by Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal.

50% deposit is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due 14 days before check in. A $250 refundable deposit will also be due 14 days before checking in and will be refunded after your stay.
