Gorgeous clean beach home in Tidelands, a family friendly deed restricted subdivision that has direct beach access. Relax at our beach home w/ amazing views of the Gulf & Bay from our large deck & just a 5 min walk to the beach! There are 4 bedrooms & 2 baths upstairs, room for the whole family! Downstairs comes with a Tiki bar, swing, bench, hammock, fire pit, sink, shower & grill to enjoy the outside. The house comes with everything you could need, just bring the essentials! TX family owned!
Location
The house itself is located in the Tidelands addition, along the coast of Crystal beach. The home is secluded, with no homes on either side of it and a green belt behind it. This means a lot of privacy! It is just a short walk to the beach or a quick golf cart ride, or a car drive to the sand! The grocery store is a short drive away as well as a Dollar General store. Stingaree restaurant is also just down the way as are many other local places to eat! Two water parks are also close by for the littles to enjoy!! 15-minute drive to Ferry to head to Galveston!

Hi, my name is Christina and with my parents we own and run a beautiful beach house! I live in McKinney, Texas with my three young children and husband and my parents live in Allen, Texas. We vacationed many years in the area and decided we loved it so much we wanted to buy a beach house so our own family could enjoy it too! We hope you love it as much as we do!
